When will my order ship?
Sass & Crafts LLC strives to ship orders in the 3-5 business day range. Business day one starts on the first business day after you place your order.  For example, if you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, business day one would be Monday (provided Monday was not a holiday).  If you placed your order on a Tuesday, before 6 pm CST, business day one would be on Wednesday. Business days are M-F, and do not include weekends and/or holidays. Although it can occasionally be longer than this, it is usually on the shorter end of that time frame.  Please be sure to check your order status through our store for updates on your shipping and tracking information.

Can I combine or change my order once placed?
We can no longer combine or change orders. With hundreds of orders to deal with, we can no longer provide this service and still keep the same level of customer service that we strive to provide.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
Please note that in the rare instance you have any issues with your order, you will have 15 days from the date of receipt to Contact Us in regards to any problems. After 15 days we will assume the order is accurate and complete as received. Thank you so much for your business and understanding, we appreciate all of our customers and we wouldn't be here without you!

Do you offer Gift Certifcates?
Yes, Sass & Crafts offers Gift Certificates.  They are available in any amount from $10 to $500, Gift Certificates make an excellent way to reward that teacher or crafter in your life!  They are also the perfect gift for any occasion.  

Do you Offer Discount Coupons?
Sass & Crafts LLC strives to keep pricing low every day; at this time we do not offer any coupon codes for regular purchases. We do, however, offer a Loyalty Program. Please see information on this program from the launch button on the Main Page. This button will also appear on any of Sass & Crafts' site pages. The space for coupons on the website is used occasionally for giveaways and other special occasions. Thanks for your business and we appreciate your understanding.

Local Pick Up
Sass & Crafts does not have a storefront. We do allow local pick up if you're wanting to swing by to pick up your order and save on shipping charges. Please be sure to select the "Local Pick Up" option when you are checking out.  You will then be notified via e-mail when your order is ready for pickup. You can also check this status in your account section at any time.  Orders are filled in the order they are received, and are subject to the normal turn around time; please keep this in mind when placing your order for pick-up. Due to the fact that we work out of our home, we cannot (for liability reasons) allow shopping in our home. Thanks so much for understanding!

Does Sass & Crafts offer Returns or Exchanges?
We are terribly sorry, but Sass & Crafts LLC does not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you have an issue with your order, please use our Message feature, and we will get back to you as soon as possible to rectify the situation.

Trouble Checking Out?
If you're unable to check out on a mobile device or tablet, you can resolve this by going into your app settings and clearing your default web browser. This will then allow you to finish the check-out process. You can find information on how to do this here:

If you're using an iPhone, and cannot choose your default web browser, the easiest solution is to use your standard browser to check out (generally Safari). If this does not work, you will need to place your order from a regular computer. We apologize for any inconvenience, but unfortunately this is a known issue between some website stores and PayPal. Thanks for your understanding.
